The property is anchored by the area’s dominant specialty grocer, Sprouts Farmers Market, and features a strong collection of national retailers including Pet Supplies Plus, Sola Salon Studios, Great Clips and Jimmy John’s Gourmet Sandwiches.

The center is situated on Foothill Boulevard (also known as the historic Route 66) within Upland’s main retail node and is equidistant from the area’s primary East/West freeways, SR-210 and I-10. This well-positioned location serves the area’s high daytime population with 420,000+ people within a five-mile radius, including 3,500 students at Upland High School, just steps away from the center.

Venice Village Shoppes is a 175,054-square-foot open air retail destination located in Venice, Florida, 30 miles south of Sarasota. The property includes a strong line-up of best-in-class retailers, including Publix, Jo-Ann Fabrics and Craft Stores, Tuesday Morning, Planet Fitness, Panera Bread and Pet Supermarket. The center is located in South Venice’s primary retail node on heavily trafficked Tamiami Trail/US-41 with over 53,500 vehicles daily and is situated next to other regional draws such as Target, Walmart and The Home Depot.

Due to its “main and main” location within the retail node and tenant lineup led by Publix, Venice Village Shoppes is best positioned to serve the growing population.
